Terms of Use (EULA)
Overview
Between Visits is a personal note‑taking app that helps you capture and organize information between provider visits. These terms govern your use of the app and related services.
Your account and data
Your notes are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device and for maintaining access to your data. You control what you export or share.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access other users’ data. You are responsible for any content you create or export.
Subscriptions and billing
If you purchase an auto‑renewing subscription, billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account and subject to Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device settings at any time. Pricing and billing period are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
