Notes, recordings, tags, and exports are stored locally on your device. You have full control over what you keep, delete, or export.
Sharing
The app only shares data when you choose to export it. You decide when and how to share summaries with your provider.
Website analytics
The Between Visits website may use basic analytics to understand site traffic and improve the website experience. This does not include your in‑app notes or recordings.
